Founder & Chief Growth Strategist
Kim Garmon Hummel is the Founder and Chief Growth Strategist here at Sauce Marketing. As an ENFJ on the Myers-Briggs, the Sauce Boss is a natural entrepreneur with a creative talent that dates back to when she was young.
Using her natural eye, Kim's marketing career began as a creative. In 2007 she launched her photography and videography business, Ancora Studios. Kim quickly realized her greatest talent is digital storytelling, and her cameras were only some of the tools she needed to help her clients achieve their goals. She added web design and development, graphic design, digital communications, social media, and more to her toolbox. As an innovator, with an eye on the bigger picture, she ascertained that these disciplines were more effective as pieces of the whole, directed by strategy. As a result, she adopted a more holistic, data-driven approach which offered a proven track record for producing ROI-driven results by attracting and converting target personas into delighted, loyal customers. Kim loves challenges and is excited about new technology, ideas, and applications-- especially the ones that enable smarter business growth.
In 2017, Sauce Marketing was accepted into the HubSpot Partner Program. In 2019, Kim and Sauce were featured in the Memphis Business Journal as Marketing Industry Disruptors, as well as Forbes, Inc and Real Simple. In 2020 Sauce achieved HubSpot Gold Partner Status. In 2018, 2019 & 2020, The Memphis Flyer named Sauce Marketing Best Creative Agency in Memphis. Today, under Kim's leadership, team Sauce crafts and implements Brand, Marketing, and Sales Enablement strategies for businesses at every stage to help them #GrowSmarter.
10 Things About Me:
Creative Director & Front End Dev
As Front End Developer, Meghan Belluomini directs all things creative here at Sauce Marketing. Her ability to take a verbalized vision and transform it into a visual representation of their brand identity is incredible. She is truly a creative asset for our team.
Starting off early as a doodler, Meghan spent her childhood drawing every chance she could. She recognized that she needed to pursue that passion by obtaining a degree and career in it. So she got an Associates Degree in Visual Art and Design and then followed up with completing a Bachelors in Visual Art at Utah Valley University. Meghan used those degrees to begin her professional career and began supporting individuals and companies with her freelancing work. These clients called upon her to create the assets they needed such as logos, labels, business cards, and booklets. Meghan then moved to Memphis in 2015 and continued to use her degree and skill set for a screen printing company in Bartlett. Here, she was able to mock up designs for promotional merchandise and other branded assets for various companies.
When Meghan joined the Sauce Marketing Team, she flourished. Here she has been able to bring her love for creativity and passion for helping others together into work that helps businesses from the ground up. Given the opportunity, Meghan has been able to expound upon and grow her skills to encompass more digital graphic work, photography and videography. Her favorite projects have been ones in which she can truly unleash her creative brain. Meghan is an incredibly fast learner, resourceful, and is versatile in her work. She is the human manifestation of dedication to a client; by this we mean that she is meticulous in her work, pays attention to the details, and always approaches work with the user experience in mind. As Creative Director, Meghan ensures that these qualities and standards are met on all the projects she manages. She helps guide us all with her creative and dedicated visions.

10 Things About Me:
Growth Strategist
Michelle Calhoun, a Kansas native, is a Growth Strategist that specializes in sales and coaching here at Sauce Marketing. Along with her own creative flair, Michelle brings a unique background in life and confidence coaching to the Sauce Team that makes her a great tool for helping businesses meet their growth goals.
Michelle’s path into marketing started with a dance studio that she opened years ago. A natural entrepreneur, Michelle built her dance studio from the ground up; an experience that helped her understand the courage and determination it takes to launch your own business and grow it. After moving to Memphis, she brought her skills and experience to a local Chiropractic clinic, where she served as Marketing Coordinator. Here she discovered her knack for being able to identify people’s pain points and match solutions to help them. Michelle also adopted the company's “Get it done; No excuses” mantra. Pairing this with her past as a business owner, she developed a can-do attitude that has made her a real problem solver. Moving her career forward, she became an Account Executive for the historical Memphis radio station KWAM. In this role, she learned the old roll-up-your-sleeves way of selling which furthered her understanding of networking and sales. While working with businesses of all sizes at the radio station, Michelle pursued two more opportunities:
In her work up to this point, she uncovered and identified two problems that many business owners suffer from: lack of confidence and the soft skills needed to engage with customers and grow their business. Michelle put her problem solving skills to work, and developed a service to coach professionals to become their best selves, which ultimately boosted their business practices and made their teams more effective employees.
Michelle Calhoun brings all of these learnings to Team Sauce to help frustrated business owners set those seemingly insurmountable roadblocks aside. She works closely with clients to empower them to overcome challenges, and move forward with their business dreams. Michelle is truly driven by results, doesn’t allow problems to stand in her way, and is passionate about helping others do the same.

Content Specialist
Savannah Lyons, a native Memphian, is our Content Manager and so much more. She wields the creative and analytical, which makes her a key support figure in everything we do here at Sauce Marketing.

As a member of Team Sauce, Savannah is a proven resource for all client initiatives. Having adapted her abilities quickly to the digital marketing industry, she plays an important role in tackling the challenges of understanding buyer behavior and how to apply that to our strategy and design.
